What is Shake Your Bootie Boot Camp?
It's a cardio hip-hop workshop with a cross training twist. Sessions will be 60
minutes of non-stop, funky fun that will make you want to flex! |
I love to dance but do I need to be a trained
dancer to keep up in this workshop?
Not at all...Shake Your Bootie Boot Camp has been personally designed for you.
No matter what your age, sex, shape or size… you can do this! Some steps may
seem a little challenging at first but we will work it out together. It is very
important that you exercise within your personal limits therefore; I will
provide alternative choreography to accommodate various levels of experience and
fitness. No parking on the dance floor here! |
What should I wear to be ready to shake my bootie
in boot camp?
Shoes and clothing suitable for any aerobics class would be perfect. We will be
lunging, squatting, twisting and turning so please wear something in which you
can move freely and feel comfortable. Also, don’t forget to bring a towel. This
workshop is designed to make you SWEAT! |
Do I have to buy my ticket in advance for the
workshop on Saturday, February 20, 2010?
No, tickets will be available at the door. Space is limited and may sell out
quickly so I recommend you arrive early. |
Do I need to bring any equipment with me to
participate in the boot camp sessions?
No extra equipment is necessary. But, I suggest you bring a towel and/or yoga
mat for the Pilates inspired floor work and stretch. |
Do you offer private Shake Your Bootie Boot Camp
sessions?
Absolutely! Shake Your Bootie Boot Camp is very capable of coming to you. We
offer private individual sessions, private group sessions and corporate events.
And private sessions can be tailored to the individual needs and goals of the
